Hacking Need help with lastest 3DS information

Hello,
I'm didn't use my 3DS for about a year and my knowledge not up to date anymore.
Can someone help me to upgrade my 3DS and tell me what I missed(maybe provide me some information to be up-to-date)?
Currently my SysNand is on Firmware 11.3.0-36E and I installed arm9loaderhax (I think version 2.x???) with Luma version 6.6.

I updated my 3DS and it crashes very often when I playing games. There should be a legacy version without Rosalina but I can't find a working link Can someone provide me a solution for this problem.
