I setup my attwifi using this WiFi-stick (Windows 8.1) and my 3DS connected just fine. As soon as I change the MAC, my 3DS will refuse to connect, giving me an error-message. Doesn't matter if I restart the hosted network, 3DS won't connect until I restart my PC.
I can't even grasp the concept of what is happening here.
