Hacking Need help with HBL

Hi guys !

I've setup everything according to Plailect's guide, and I'm stuck to make HB_Loader to work. It works when I go through CTRBootManager, but it does a red screen when I try to launch it through the home menu.
I want to have Menuhax/CTRBootManager removed (it's no longer required with the payloads etc)
Is there any workaround for this ? (I still have the boot.3dsx) from CTR.
