Obviously I need help with Github. I have some .CIA files that I need to post along with my releases. Can someone tell me how to to do that. I can create a release but I can't do anything after that. Please Help.

After creating a release (which attaches to a git "tag", preexisting or created on the spot), you can edit it to add other files
Did you actually post the release or just create a draft? It may not be possible until it's published (but I haven't tried in over a year)

You either need to be intubated to bypass obstruction or create a stoma inferior to the the area of obstruction to survive
