the fancurve in fantastic got screwd up there are some points in the negative zone and i cant get them removed via fantastic in the decky menu

ive tried to do it manually the config file of fantastic is in .home/.config/fantastic but i dont have any rights to edit the file or even delete it

when i try to edit the file via kate i got asked for my admin password to save it but it wont save the changes even with the right password

after that ive tried to delete the file but cant since i need elevatet permissions to do it

im not an avid linux user so how would i get those permission? or is there another way to fix the curve

ive tried even to delete fantastic and reinstall it but the config file persist even after removing fantastic

You can try navigating to the folder with the config in the terminal and using "sudo chmod 777 [config file name]" to give yourself permissions to to anything to the file.
Since you're new to Linux, the tl;dr is that "sudo" will execute the following command with admin-like privileges and the command "chmod 777" changes the read, write, and execute privileges of the following file to allow everyone on the system access. Afterwards you should be able to edit the file as you see fit.
