As Jawas explained, "it doesn't work" doesn't in any way help us understand exactly what the problem is. If we don't know what the issue is, it's very difficult to help you. Please explain what you've tried doing, what exactly isn't working, and any other details you may find important (like how you connect to the Internet, etc).

ive put the homebrew on my ds and i opened the server software pressed start and turned my ds on pressed a(because i am at home) but it doest connect it just trys to reconnect but it doesnt work

How does your DS connect to the Internet? Through a router or the USB wifi stick? Have you tried manually setting your WFC settings rather than using Automatic for everything?

i done it, it turns out i had some software that was hiding my ip so i couldnt connect to it
