okay, for eu safe update. disconnect your 3ds from internet (remove wifi settings) and buy and start one of the following games:
Animal Crossing - New Leaf (Europe) [EGDP]
Animal Hospital (Europe) [AZFP]
Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D (Europe) [AYTP]
Fire Emblem - Awakening (Europe) [AFEP]
Games Festival 1 (Europe) [AAEP]
I Love My Pets (Europe) [AA6P]
LEGO City Undercover - The Chase Begins (Europe) [AA8P]
LEGO Legends of Chima - Laval's Journey (Europe) [APRP]
Luigi's Mansion 2 (Europe) [AGGP]
Luxor (Europe) [ALXP]
My Farm 3D (Europe) [ANJP]
Pokemon Mystery Dungeon - Gates to Infinity (Europe) [APDP]
Turbo - Super Stunt Squad (Europe) [AANP]

Firstly the edit button is there for a reason.....so you don't make countless posts in the same thread, unless someone has posted in the meantime, edit your last post

And basically any uploading site on the Internet

Finally I would suggest you wait to here back from the Op, a lot of people resolve their issue and never return to say so

okay thanks for the clear instructions, i will do so from now on. if there's a way to remove unnececery extra posts i'll clean up my mess.

Another obvious question, but you are aware that your firmware is not a high enough version right? You need at least 4.1.0 and at most 4.5.10.

Oh sorry! wrote wrong on the post.... i should be 4.5.0 - 10 E
I can put single rom in the red flashcard. but still problem with just drag and drop then play on the 3ds :/

It sounds like you still haven't copied the launcher.dat onto the Sd card in the side of the 3ds

Got it worked! Thanks to JaapDaniels.

Good lord! i think the problem was in the launcher file.
I formated my ds and started over from the top.

Redownloaded the bootfile.
Got a launcher file by jaapdaniels
Reinstalled everything and WOOP it worked. Tried zelda 3d and mario 3d land and it worked perfectly! So happy

Now i need tips and good games for 3ds haha
All the games worked right? except Pokemon X & Y?
Does Super smash work?

No.

Card2 games won't work (pokemon, animal crossing and some others I forget).

Also anything using the 7.X encryption won't work.

No.
