Hi. I'm having a lot of problems with WiiScrubber and Pokemon Battle Revolution
I'm trying to replace all 493 pokemon cries with real ones but is a lot of wasting time, i found a way to replace all by creating a new partition... but when I replace it i got Partition 1 (BAD) :(
STEPS
Extract Partition 1
Replace sound files
Extract and save partition.bin, apploader.img, boot.bin, bi2.bin, and main.dol
Open Partition builder and load these files and the folder with data and create the partition

When I tried to load after many minutes i've got Partition 1 BAD

What can I do? I don't understand how to use WIT with Pokemon Battle Revolution...
THANKS!

UPDATE: Finally extract with WIT and replace 493 sound files and use wit copy to create a new iso, everything is fine in menu game, etc but when the battle begin nothing happened, no crash but the game don't response, the people of public are moving but the trainers aren't, and the battle never begin :(

FINAL UPDATE: I did by miself, one by one in WiiScrubber, lool

You can use ModMii to help you use wit to convert a game to fst format (I. E. Sneek bulk converter). I think wii backup manager can also do the same thing using a gui
I think i can understan wit right now, i use wit extract to replace files but now i don't know how to repack again, do you know?
THANKS!

One thing that just occurred to me.... The sound on the 2600 sucked less back then the harsh sound we hear now is from infinitely better speakers we have now, back when the 2600 was new speakers produced a almost muffled sound, like CRTs made old graphics look slightly better.

I wonder if I could recommend that to some emulation devs that perhaps the sound could use some smoothing out to simulate those old TVs
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way

It's old but it's the best firmware out for DS stuff
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
it says it only works for the original R4, R4i Gold (r4ids.cn), R4iDSN (r4idsn.com) and Acekard R.P.G.
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:

Just give it a try, but honestly if you have a 3DS you can play DS games without a card just off the internal SD card
