Hacking Need help using blazes WAD Packer

k i used the search engine to look for other topics and i still haven o idea how to use it. can someone write up a quick tutorial please?

can someone just tell me if all i need to do is drag and drop the WAD file into the wadpacker.exe. i'm sure it's not that easy but i've been wrong before. i'm a n00b when it comes to this stuff and that other WAD Packer topic i found on this board has too much numbers and words i dont understand.

ok fine but can someone at least tell me what the advantages of using this to patch the wads are, like is nintendo less likely to know you downloaded them illegally or something, or is there less ris of stuffing up you console with this. i just wanna know what i'm missing out on.
