Hacking Need help updating kernel

ok i have an r4 from thsi webste http://www.r4new.com/index-en.htm
i brought it 8 months ago right and it only works with the kernel 1.24 and i need 1.35 it says "menu?" but
why the hell cant i update it if its the same website where i got my 1.24 kernel plz help

You have a clone and your website owners realize they could make money off of people who don't know what they are doing. It probably is a DSTT clone (usually are when they have the "menu?") so try using YSMenu.

Also, make meaningful titles...almost nobody makes thread titles that really tell anything about the thread anymore...and that really just annoys me.
