Homebrew need help to update/hack 1.0.0-0U console

Besides my O3DS running 10.4, I also remembered I had that other O3DS with broken screens, so I decided to mount that board on my current O3DS, it boots, but I when try to update to run homebrew I encounter this issue:

-it has parental code that I don't remember
-for some reason it doesn't load system settings (so I can remove code)
*it shows 3DS loading screen but then it stays black, no system settings menu ever comes on

The only reason I know the FW version is because whenever I click on Internet Browser it says it'll be enabled on a future update, Is there anything I can do to possibly have some homebrew app like sysupdater upgrade/flash my nand without the need of accessing system settings? Is it possible to run homebrew in this version?

Do you guys think I have a better chance trying the hardmode on my 10.4 board?

then use a gamecard to update to a exploitable firmware, 4.0-4-5 to use mset exploit (then update with sysupdater to 9.2)

Hi artur3004, the thing is that as I mention, my FW won't load system settings no matter how many times I try it, I get a blank screen, and that makes it impossible for me to use that parental control tool you're referring me to, every time I click on system settings it stays on black screen
