Hacking Need help to identified this flashcart writer

Just got this usb flashcart from store but it has no software include.
First I install ez writer usb driver for windows xp successful but gbwriter software can't detect any flashcart inserted.
Try to find matching software (picture attach) to work with this flashcart but all link is dead.

Can I use other flashing software to work with this cart or some web still keep this software ?

This is really hard time to do with legacy hardware .Btw by your help FAST6191 it's back to work .Thanks for you help very much
