Homebrew Need help, Soundhax not working for me

I'm trying to play the soundhax on my new nintendo 2ds xl but i can not seem, can anyone help me?

SoundHax won't work on N2DSXL as the lowest version is 11.5, and SoundHax only works on 11.4 and below. You'll want to use fredminer.
