Hacking need help - software can't be started

hello,
i've a big issue
i bought a new sd card to install more games
I copied all the content of my first sd card and the second but not i've the following error : this software can't be launched
Because of that issue i insert my first sd card but same problem now.
I tried to uninstall the game and to reinstall it but same message
Do you know what can i do to fix my issue

i fixed my issue by reinstalling a clean version of kosmos
