Hacking Need help reviving old 3ds with cfw

Hi everyone, I powered on my old 3DS today and mindlessly applied an update that was waiting for me. Now I only get black screens when powering on.
Just before the screens go black, I get a message
BOOTCTR9
Alpha version 0.4.1-alpha
is loading
payload /rei/arm9loaderhax.bin

How do I revive this DS?
