Hacking Need help please.

Hello, my emummc data is gone.
I had some kosmos version running with 9.2 fw i think and since kosmos isnt going to be updated anymore I wanted to migrate to atmosphere.
I go to the github pages, download it, get it running after downloading sigpatches etc.
I also download the latest hekate and go to emummc to reload it so it has a tick on the left side. I go back to the main menu and try to click on emummc and its grey for some reason, unless thats from a hekate skin update.
Ok, now it boots up, i see all the logos but my switch is back to a white background with nothing on it, no games no nothing and for some reason it has gone back to 4.1 fw whilst running atmosphere 0.13.0.
Does anyone know how to get my emummc data back? dont want to lose all of my save games / download all the games again.

I don’t know, there are many things that can go wrong so I normally create a fresh emuMMC and then restore save-games as I need them. Your game save files should all be there anyway (if you back up your SD card) but you will need to reinstall the games if you do this.

Restore using checkpoint or edizon? thing is i dont remember when i last did a full save backup since i didnt expect things to go to wrong

Highly doubt that ANYTHING can even downgrade your emummc data. Can you confirm that you didn't boot into sysnand instead? Atmosphere will always try to both into either emummc or sysnand. Unless you put a config saying emummc forced. If not if emummc is not found, it will just continue to boot into sysnand. Which is probably what happen.

It makes sense that im somehow booting into my sysnand since it shows fw 4.1 atm 0.13 on system settings
