Android Need help , please read

Can anyone give me a step by step , on how to upgrade the my current recovery on an acer a200 tablet.
I have flashed CWM 5.05 something to it , but that was a long time ago .
Apparently I need CMW 6+ to get the kit kat rom on here , I want this rom , so this outdated tab aint so out dated , and my son would appreciate it too .
SO here is what I need ,
Do this , then that , then the other thing .
Make it noob proof please.
