Yes. I'd advise getting the latest version of the Vita Homebrew Browser from here;
https://github.com/devnoname120/vhbb/releases ...with that you'll be able to install a lot of the most essential apps (including pkgj) directly from the system.
Another app I'd recommend that can't be found on VHBB is the Auto Plugin app, which can be found here;
https://github.com/ONElua/AutoPlugin2/releases ...it makes finding, installing, and configuring plugins really simple.
As an example, here's my tai config file from my PSTV. If you'd like to know what any of them are just ask
Code:
# For users plugins, you must refresh taiHEN from HENkaku Settings for
# changes to take place.
# For kernel plugins, you must reboot for changes to take place.

*I have remaPSV and reRescaler set to only operate with certain titles, as I found having them under 'main' or 'all' caused some titles to either crash or not boot at all.
The only ones that I'd consider "essential" are storagemgr, nonpdrm (allows running 'decrypted' content), 0syscall6 (allows running content that requires a higher fw than the system is running. reF00d does the same thing) and repatch (for running patches, such as translations, undubs, mods etc).
My ur0 is the internal storage, and ux0 is SD2Vita. I don't have an official memcard in the PSTV, and no external usb storage, so configuring it this way means I still have tai if I remove SD2Vita to run legit gamecards.
