Homebrew Need help on setting up browserhax

Hi guys, I need help on using my o3DS 10.1 browser, i tried removing the nag messages and it worked but now there's another message popping up saying "The Internet browser cannot be used at the time. Please check your network environment or try again later". Is there a way to get through this and make the internet browser operate properly?
