Hacking [Need help] Install R4 wood original from zero.

Hello everyone, first I want to apologize if my English contain some mistake, I'm French.

I bought one R4 wood like this one:

I tried some videos, some Frenchs forums, I found then this:

I took the last download, some games were read successfully, but then I tried Pokemon White, it didn't worked, I also wanted to put some cheat codes, but I don't know how it works.

So my questions are:

1) Why are they roms I can't run?
I think that this is because the version I downloaded need an update for read other more recent games like Pokemon White.

2) And also I want to know how to put cheat codes on my R4?

1) You downloaded an old OS. You can find the current WoodR4 for your card here.
