Hacking Need help identifying this flashcard

I have a (very) used flashcard, but I have a hard time identifying it. It has seen some heavy use, and I can hardly make out the text at the front. I believe it says R4 i 3DS RTS but I am not entirely sure.

My question is, is this card useable for ntrboot?
