Hacking Need help getting Wup Installer channel working

I followed the wii u guide from online to install CBHC on my Wii U. Used Wup Installer to make the Homebrew Channel appear on my Wii U home screen.

Is the next step to run some program through wup installer to install the wup installer channel? The only thing that appears when I run wup installer is the "hbc" one for homebrew channel.

Where can I find directions on doing this?
