Hacking Need help for modding an app

I am creating assets for two modded apps
So for my modding i have three options, (as i want a permanent mod without using sdcafiine), wich one works and how can i do it ?
-decompile instalable files
-convert instalable files to a .wud (wii u iso)
-dump from instaled title to wud

btw if none of those works, can anybody give me a sm4sh wud and a terraria wii u wud ?
