Hacking need help exporting xenoblade save using savedatafiler

I have a save of xenoblade chronicles EUR version.

I downloaded and installed the .cia of savedatafiler

I loaded up xenoblade.3ds using the gateway launcher but did not launch the game

I opened up savedatafiler.cia

I went under the USER column

but it says CTR Card -- broken --
and it is red

My n3ds is on sysnand 9.0 and emunand at 9.5
n3ds is USA
