I figured manually rewriting firmware files using PC version of ChoiDujour should fix this ever since I royally screwed myself by updating my SysNAND.
I tried the following guide but somewhy couldn't continue as I got a different result than the file specified in the guide.

https://switch.homebrew.guide/usingcfw/manualchoiupgrade.html

This guide specifies I should use a keys.txt but says I could also use any keys file I have (I have a prod.keys file generated by Lockpick) but it doesn't specify how.
Trying to continue with the guide doesn't generate firmware files as it should nor renaming the file to keys.txt resulted in any changes.
Could anybody please give me any pointers?
All you need to do is rename prod.keys to keys.txt because the keys aren't tied to any one specific format which is why it doesn't explain how. Why is that not working for you?

I wouldn't put it past me to have clumsily renamed it wrong.
That's why I'm copy/pasting names ever since I got my laptop back.

Anyway, I just got to work 2 hours early and will give it a go before I commence on with my day.

Any suggestions?
I'm %100 sure I placed everything where the guide indicated and followed it to the letter.
If it may make a difference, I generated the keys file from my brother's switch (since I can't get mine in this state) but I'm also sure any should work.

The command you are putting into the window is cut off so I cannot see the full input. Can you post it here?

IT'S FIXED!!!!
Someone at another site told me ChoiDujourNX doesn't support updating Mariko units and that it breaks a particular part of the OS during the process (package1 in boot0) and that's why nothing works.
I backed up boot0 and boot1 from my brother's Switch (an Erista) and restored them on mine and it got back to work on original firmware.
I then made an EmuMMC with Hekate, Launched Atmosphere, downgraded with Daybreak and ported the EmuMMC into an EmuNAND.
It restored back to FW 11.0.0 on EmuNAND with SX 3.1.0 and I can finally play again

I know that down the road, I'll have to switch to Atmosphere either way and I already gained enough knowledge during the process to do so.
Since I'm not in immediate need to take the jump, I'll postpone it until the next game that forces me to.
Needless to say, I will NEVER (hopefully) make the same mistake again of not backing up every step of the way.

I am sincerely thankful for everyone's time and effort in helping me and hope anyone who falls into this find this thread useful.
