Need Etheral/Wireshark help!

hello, i need help with etheral/wireshark:

1. When I start the programm it tell me "The NPF driver isn't running…" , how can i start it?
2. i will se what urls my 3Ds call.
How can i see it ?
I mean like there:

I updated my 3DS from 1.0.0-0E to firmware 1.1.0-1E and used Etheral at the same time to see the transfered data.

Make sure you're running the program as an administrator. If you are indeed trying to run it as an administrator, try running (click Start->Ausführen) "net start npf" as an administrator which should start the NPF service.

but what musst i do that i get the called urls from the 3Ds?

Just start sniffing packets on the network and then read the content of the packets of interest that appear. If you're unsure how to do this, there should be plenty of guides available if you search.
