ROM Hack Need cheats urgently

Well I got about half way into the game when I saved and turned off then when I turn it back on none of the characters have any R and L moves for instance bowser can no longer pound the ground and Mario and Luigi have no hammers,

I know a cheat can enable these but I don't know how to make such a code,

PLZ help out!.

probably because the us version has a lot of AP's and the jap was fixed

There is enable all brother actions 22057CE4 00000007
but I still need enable all bowser actions.
