I have a bricked wii.
I search the net and find that to unbrick my wii
I need to install BootMii on another Wii's boot2,
make a backup of that Wii's NAND Flash
(a nand.bin file will be created in the root directory of SD card),
then take the first 8 blocks of that nand.bin file
and write them to the bricked wii's NAND chip.
My problem is that I don't have access to another wii.
Does anyone know where I can find such nand.bin file or the first 8 blocks of that file?
Any help will be highly appreciated.

if your Wii's bricked, then there's no way you can install Bootmii...

if your on 3.2, then you can use the SaveMiiFrii to boot a copy of Zelda if you still have the TPHack installed.

Other than that, you'll have to send it back to Nintendo, or buy a new Wii

Well, I need to do it "the hard way".
I need an Infectus2 and the nand.bin file, then flash the first 8 blocks of the nand.bin to the bricked wii's NAND chip.
It's not easy, but it can be done.

I thought the each Wii has different unique nand keys. So using an infectus chip to flash another nand into your Wii will not work.

Uploads of this file are illegal, so if somebody wants to help, use PM.

Maybe WiiGator's cBoot2 helps after you installed BootMii as boot2. It should allow you to get into WAD Manager.

The best solution would be to ask for help at:
irc://irc.efnet.org/wiidev
But keep in mind to not talk about backups, downgrades, Waninkoko/WiiGator and especially not WiiGator's cBoot2 there, or you will be banned from the channel

Are you really sure that bootmii NAND's backup can be shared (not in the legal sens), but technically will it work?
I just ask...

The bit containing boot2 yes, it's not encrypted (or at least only with the common key, not sure which one).

the start of the NAND (boot1 and boot2) are not encrypted with the personal keys and therefore can be shared as long as the boot1 version matches(boot1 hash is fixed in OTP memory).
With an infectus or any other NAND flasher this can be done.

I told you i swapped a working nand flash onto a bricked wii and bootmii booted the wii
Did anybody eles try this?

Cant Bushing just tell bootmii to write any flashdump back to the wii
