need assistance with error code

might be an easy fix but im fairly new to the switch modding scene

im trying to connect my switch lite to wifi and i keeop getting error code 2123-0011 (0x167b)

program shows 0100000000000025

firmware 18.0.1 atmos 1.7.1

i tried deleting the files under 0100000000000025 but all i got was a bunch of crash reports

does anyone know the solution here ?

should i wipe the sd card and start frm scratch ?

Did you even try to figure this out on your own? You have your prodinfo blanked and that is causing the problem.

i actually serched the code first here on temp and it came up with no results

thank you for your "guidance" though

i did get it figured out, was missing the files that blocks the actual nintendo servers
