I have tried for 2 days now to get rxTools working and i simply cannot do it. I feel like screaming. Maybe i'm just dumb or something but it simply won't work.
Can anybody please make a FULL working guide?

I once got to where it launched and everything and only game me this error: NATIVE_FIRM: 4
After that i just fucked shit up.

About your problem rxTools dropped ReiNAND FIRM support some time ago, you have to find an encrypted N3DS FIRM in That ISO Site, (ReiNAND is Decrypted) and copy to FIRM folder named as 0004013820000002.bin, after that rxTools should work without problems.

After that you can follow the rest of the guide to unlink NAND's and install FBI, the install process didn't changed

Okay so i've gotten 2 cias installed now and i need to update my emuNAND to 9.5 to play online.
What is the safest way to do so? sysupdater sounds a little unsafe as i've heard people getting bricked by it.
And there is also some confusion about being in DevMode before i update emuNAND?

Pasta Mode (DevMode) is sysNAND with only signature checks patched. Firmlaunch is disabled in that mode so you can update sysNAND firmware without problem. in rxMode Firmlaunch is enabled because that people brick their consoles when updates sysNAND in rxMode.

To update your emuNAND you have to use rxMode, you don't want to update your sysNAND to 9.5 XD
You can use latest version of sysupdater (only 0.4 have bricks) or DevMenu using install all cias option.
Anyway in case that something happens, create an emuNAND backup with emuNANDTool, you can restore it if you mess something.

they don't brick from sysupdater they brick because they don't follow instructions
i gave you instructions to safely update emunand on n3ds and they did not include devmode

you download the 9.5 update files in cia format from some iso site
download Sysupdater
put downloaded update files in a folder named update on sd root
put sysupdater on sd root
install sysupdater to emunand
load sysupdater (in emunand) select the update folder wait . . . done

if you want to update emunand you do it from emunand not devmode
devmode is for updating sysnand not emunand

You mean the part where it says that the new 3ds isn't featured in this guide or what exactly?.

Seriously, I just set up my brand new n3ds yesterday, from formatting microsd to gathering all files, installing fbi, using cubic ninja to launch gateway, formatting Emunand and finally setting up rxtools and there is not a single guide covering this from start to finish. I puzzled together everything from various tutorials. Thinking about writing a tutorial myself, only for n3ds, from the point you unbox it to the point you autoboot Emunand and play unsigned cia, as such a thing simply does not exist or is outdated. I'll get around to it at the weekend.

Well it's actually not that hard once you understand everything. But it took me a while. When I ran into problems I knew where to look. But I more or less had it up and running in around 2.5 hours
