Hacking Need a "normal" 0.3Gamma Channel

hi, i need a link o a 0.3Gamma channel that goes into the actual menu so i can change the opionts, not one that autoloads. i got a few games i play alot that i need to change some settings in order for them to work and sometimes i forget to hold 1, so if someone can post, prefereably the one with the image of he 2 blue discs and the writing is Grey/Blue (i'll ry and find a link to it) then please post, i've looked everywhere and cant find any.

also, robman, the options i have to force to get the games to work migh make the ones that dont need anyhing unable to work considering i have to force PAL50 and VIDTV patch. i think his way is easier.
