Hacking NDSForwarder not displaying icons

Whenever I attempt an install of Meteos Second Strike, it doesn't appear on the HOME Menu. For detail, I'm using an old 2DS and I've added 8 forwarders to the HOME Menu.
1. PMD: Explorers of Sky
2. Meteos
3. WarioWare D.I.Y
4. Sleep Clock
5. Dr Kawashima's Brain Training
6. More Brain Training from Dr Kawashima
7. Mario Kart DS
8. PMD: Explorers of the Spirit (ROM hack)
Does that help at all?

Are you sure the game is under Roms / nds folder ? It should be a .nds file and not a .sav file. .sav files go in the saves folder
