NDSFactory help recode data folder

Hi. I extract the content of a rom into BIN files with NDSFactory. Then I used "Decode FAT Contents" with "fat_data.bin". I did swap some audio files in order to make an undub rom.

It is possible to repack everything into a rom, but I need first to find a way to encode the data folder into a "fat_data.bin". Please help.

The rom is "Professeur Layton et la Boite de Pandore (FR)"

It's possible you haven't heard about it, but I'm confused as to why you didn't use a tool such as TinkeDSi to make the undub?

Thanks for the suggestion, it's a much better tool for unddubing. I haven't heard about it before, no.
