Hacking NDS to CIA convertor

Hello,
I found this on a Japanese rom site.

It is a tool for converting DS games to cia, made by 7zero.
The site provided Japanese and English version of the program.
Since it's from a rom site, I won't say where it is from.

I am unable to test it now, because I won't have my 3DS for the next 2 days.
So, it's untested by me.

Nah it dont work, i tried Pokemon HG and it outputted a cia at 500kb, when the original rom is 128mb

Huh. I had the same output. I wonder what it does? Did you try putting the NDS rom on the card with the CIA?

edit: I have EMUNAND on the 3ds, and a PC I don't care about/can wipe easily for the EXE so I ran it - but don't run if you aren't certain of what you're doing and can lose.

Maybe it's not a full converter, but more a shortcut creator. Like it needs the rom on the SD but installs a cia launcher on the home menu or something, that's why the cia is so small. But yeah, we would need more information in that case.

Ooooh, I see now. I took it that you meant the "NDS" part of the title.
