Everytime I delete a rom in my SD card, it returns to it.

Hmmm...
1- You could back up everything else and format it.
2- You could select the file and permanently delete it with [Shift]+[Delete] and see if that works.

It looks like MicroSD Card is corrupted. So I suggest to reformat it with PanasonicSDFormatter. It should be in the FileTrip.Net database. If you can't figure out how to use it, there's a tutorial on Youtube.com. =)
