Hacking NDS and GBA rom manager

Can anyone recommend a working offline rom manager for NDS and GBA games?
I used to use Rominator a long time ago (even paid for it).. We've updated our
computer and I tried to find it and reinstall it but didn't see it..

We've been just dragging roms to the card via Windows Explorer, but the kids
would really like to see box covers etc..
