Here's a mod I made just a few minutes ago for STORM 4. It removes that STUPID/IDIOTIC/RETARDED hat of hers.
I will post the instructions and the download link once I've made the showcase video on YouTube.

Since ResoRep doesn't create the game folder on its own, do yourself a favor and do so for every game you wish to mod.
(e.g. modded\NSUNS 4 | original\NSUNS 4)
