Gaming narin action replay codes

ok i just download nitrohax for my friend so he can use cheats on his pokemon game and i jsut want to know how do you downlaod narin action replay xml file everytime i click it there a link and then when i go to the link my computer freezes!?

Try right-clicking it and selecting "Save Link As." I think your computer freezes because it doesn't know how to read the file.
