ROM Hack .NARC file help

I downloaded advance wars dark confilct and i replaced the title image with the japanese one
the title and border are already in the game data so i renamed them
however the border for the title is still the european one
so I renamed the border so that the japanese version loads
however when it tries to load the border the screen stays black and shows nothing
days of ruin has the completed title screen for jpn so I put the title screen files into dark conflict
I will provide the .narc for the border
the border files both are .narc

rename the jpn files to noe
title files in case you need them

rename the title_jpn.cg and .cl to title_noe.cg and .cl to get the game to load the japanese title
i renamed BG_title_sub_jpn.narc to BG_title_sub_noe.narc but when the game loads the title it goes black

if you are to try this do on Europe/dark conflict version
