only people i have seen offering it on gbatemp is hundshamer who is US based, me and im UK based, and infinity dream mods who are based in france iirc....not seen any Australia based modders

Yup!
Australia is a bit far from me too
I use to do this for Sao Paulo, Brazil (actually the entire country as I already received consoles from other states with the customer telling me they didn't find anyone else to do the job)

I can do it (both 3ds and XL) but I'm not in Melbourne sadly jackerz59 I'm in Queensland.

XL is pretty damn easy if you know your way around a soldering iron with some reasonable skill, normal 3ds is a pain in the arse though... :/

I think they probably would. I know they do unbricking and downgrade, so i don't see why they couldn't install it for you so you can do backups whenever you want.

if you mean you have accidentally updated your console, you should contact hundshamer, but you can only recover if you have a 4.x nand backup from your console
