Hacking Nand backup with sx pro?

Hi, i just bought sx pro and id like to do a nand backup before everything, can i do it without a c-usb cable?
Is it as good as an hekate backup? When i restore it after using nsp, i won't be banned, right?

There is never need for usb-c cable.
I'd say that it is a copy of hekate, but can't tell. Should be good enough for sure.

I plan to use xci, nsp and maybe some emulators, never going online
I just want a clean backup to go back when i need to update or if id want to go online with legit games
Is there a guide than I can use to backup with the sx pro?
Is this up to date? I can't find one on this site
