I couldn't find a good answer anywhere unfortunately ;/

Anyway.
I got a K9LH'xed O3DS with an active NNID.
If I where to make a full NAND backup + backup of the SD card and format the O3DS to temporarily use it to downgrade a N3DS on 11.2, could I (after it's all done) restore the NAND backup + SD card to the O3DS and boot it again without having to relink me NNID?

Basically, what I'm trying to achieve is have a "clean" K9LH'xed O3DS to perform a DSIware downgrade on a N3DS and then restore the 3DS to what it was.

Forgot to mention that I'll create a temporary NNID for the transfer.
After the transfer, I'm planning to restore the NAND backup (containing me own NNID) to the O3DS again.

Me bad ;p
All NNIDs associated with the console will move, regardless of signed in or not.

Fair enough.
Cheers for the response.

edit:
Any way to do this via EmuNAND?
Making sure there's only 1 NNID (the temporary one) associated to the EmuNAND?

No, this is all done server side. If you create EmuNAND and a new NNID, it will still transfer the old one since it is still the same console in Ninty servers, trust me I just did this 2 days ago.

Just create backup, do DSiWare downgrade, then you have two options:
1) Call Ninty and tell them you broke the other 3DS and would like your NNID back to this other one. Then restore NANd backup.
2) Wait a week and transfer back, then restore NAND backup.

I went with #1, told them I dropped my N3DS in the pool and needed to restore my NNID. All they asked for was both serial #s and some purchase history to verify my NNID. Then after 24 hours, voila, I got an e-mail saying the account was re-linked to previous N3DS and I was able to sign in.
