Hacking Nand Backup question

I ran my Nand backup after loading SX OS from gallery and putting in my license. No games were installed or run and no homebrew was executed, Any ideas if this will Nand back up is safe or will it get me banned? I looked at the master spread sheet for bans but I got lost in the details and couldn't figure out if booting into SX OS but not running any games is bannable.

There is a greater than zero chance you will be banned for that. But honestly, you should be fine. Personally, I alternate between SX OS and OFW without using nand backups. But I'm also very careful about what I run and accept the fact that I may mess up and get banned eventually.

I went on eShop and was able to look around so I figure I'm not banned. Going to do a fresh Nand back up now. Thanks for the reponse!
