Hacking NAND Back-up - Long after hack

Hello all,

just a quick question.

I hacked my wii about 2 years ago its not at 4.2 Euro at the moment my wii works fine.

I am wanting to try some new stuff like usb loader game wads i.e. game shortcut.
But I don't know where my original Nand backup is.

So, At the point which I am at my wii how to I add some piece of mind and make a nand back up + protecting my wii in its current state.

Run the Homebrew Channel, press HOME, select Bootmii, then use the Power and Reset buttons (or a GC controller) to choose the gear icon (the last one), followed by the Backup Mii icon (the first one).

you will need an sd card with the original bootmii folder on it. If you don't have it anymore, modmii can download it for you.

I don't understand the start of the guide 'doh!

  Note: if this Wii was previously modified, and it has either the HBC, BootMii as Boot2, or a Forwarder Channel installed, you can use that instead of an exploit.
  
  If using BootMii as Boot2 to install the HBC, turn on your Wii with the SD Card inserted and BootMii will load. Go To the SD menu and load bootmini.elf. This will load the Hackmii Installer allowing you to reinstall the HBC.

Wii - Already hacked and has HBC - I could not Bootmii as boot2 first time round - Black Wii

I want to make a fresh Nand back up and update wads but I am stumbling at the first hurdle.

if you press home key whilst in HBC you can select bootmii from there u can make the nand backup
