A crime round? Or how about a remake round. They wouldn't necessarily have to be direct remakes of another film either. A film based of a TV series would be ok, or like how The Departed is a remake of Infernal Affairs. It's not a direct remake, it nicks the story and certain key events and ideas and also goes it's own way.

I saw Shakes the Clown too many times on HBO during a very long summer so it is imprinted in my mind. I think I may have to go back and watch it now to remember how bad it was (though the beginning is pretty damn funny).
