According to nes-hacks(dot)com

it is going to work on 3.4 and 4.0...currently it only works for 3.2 but they're working on 3.4 and 4.0

A another movie loaded the HBC - well I think it loaded up the Title HAXX (Since HBC is a NAND loader..)
(So that means you need to install HBC first.. or it loads HBC from the dol... if he haves the .dol from twiizer team? I don't know... )
