Gaming Name me some good platform games

So ive just bought myself a NDSL and starting to play a few games.. Loving it!!

Im not much of a gamer, so im not up with all the games out there - and what categories they fall into.

I purchased The Simpsons when I bought the DS.. I actually really liked it. Finished it after not long.. I then played games like The World Ends With You, and various other RPGs (is that what they are?).... And I didnt really like them. Too much text to read. Too much of a story behind the game...

So. Recommend me some games (Platform i suppose), that I can just get in and play, jump, shoot etc etc. NOne of this scrolling though pages of text, reading about pointless poop.!!

New Super Mario Bros., both Castlevanias.

hm, transformers?
it's kinda GTA style.
you must go through a few conversations first(not too much) after that you can go beat up a city if you want, or follow the storyline(it's partially in line with the movie, but also parts that didn't occur in the movie)
it's in 3D, and like with GTA you cruise&rampage through a city untill you get caught by police, or find a mission and decide to do a bit of storyline.
not really a platformer, but you're not forced to do the storyline with conversations all the time.

another somewhat platformer-like game: naruto ninja council(EU) also known as naruto ninja council 3(US)
you pick a mission, get your assignement in a total of 1 textboxes and you complete it in a somewhat platformer-like arena(like super smash brothers battle arena's, except larger)

Dragon Hunters (rom 2210) is worth a shot - i got really into it. a cross between donkey kong snes and pandomanium on playstation

megaman zx is ok... i just ended up playing megaman 2 on nesDS...

as for ds platforms.. i havent played it but chibi robot supposed to be good...

Though I love NSMB, probably my current favorite DS platformer is Crash of the Titans. A really fun alternative to Mario.
