N64 Emulator for a console

I want to know the best way to emulate my old n64 games.

Which console is best? Modded Xbox or Wii maybe?

What are the names of the emulators please?

What I do is hook my laptop up to my TV with an adapter and use Project64 as my emulator. I then use a wireless Xbox 360 controller with a wireless adapter for PC as my controller. It probably works better then most consoles would.
