Hardware N3DSXL microsd card slot broken

The spring mechanism in the microsd card slot of my New 3DS XL is broken. Every time I try to put the card in, it pops out again. I've opened up my 3DS to try to identify the problem, and it seems like there's a piece of metal that's trying to catch but can't. Here's a video.
Has anyone else encountered my problem? Does anyone know how to fix this?

Same thing happened to my old3ds don't make you troubles to fix it send it to nintendo support
