Homebrew N3DS wont boot up after activating Boot9Strap

Hey I was modding my N3DS and got to the part where I used gained access to the SafeB9Sinstaller. i got through the installation and hit "A" to reboot into the Luma screen but it never rebooted up again. all I get is a blue light for about 2-3 seconds and then turns off again.

 

[Tri-Z]

1. Insert your SD card into your computer
2. Delete boot.firm from the root of your SD card
3. Copy boot.firm from the Luma3DS .zip to the root of your SD card
4. Reinsert your SD card into your device
5. Power on your device1. Your device should have booted into the Luma3DS configuration menu

Yeah I replaced the boot from the most recent 12.1 Luma but still nothing. When I push the power button on the 3DS it's not a quick on and off blue light. The blue light stays on for a couple seconds and the light just under the 3D mode switch comes on as well.

Was the card working before? Do you know if its been formated to FAT32?

Yeah it was formatted and everything was good to go.

did you find a solution for this because i'm having the exact same issue

Does the device work without the SD card? Also, does it boot to recovery mode? Hold down the Left+Right+D-Pad Up+A and hit the power button while holding those four keys to get to recovery mode.
